Ingredients:
5 pounds of red potatoes
2 pounds of carrots
1/2 cup of 2 percent milk
1/4 stick of real butter
pinch of salt, pepper
Instructions:
In a large pot of boiling water add cubed potatoes and carrots
Boil till tender
Drain all of the water out
In a large bowl, mash ingredients till chunky.
Add butter and milk to taste.
Serves 3-4 people.
