One thing to keep in mind when we have so much to lose. There will be
ups,
and downs and platues along the way. Try not to let them get you down.
Reevaluate how you have been doing, drinking enough water, eating
correctly, and
exercising moderately. And if it all looks like you have been doing
things that
should lead to success, then pat yourself on the back. And remember
this is just
your body adjusting. Keep on keeping on, and it will eventually keep
going
down. :)
Remember you can do it! And also remember we are doing this the healthy
way,
no more diets. So it won't come off over night, that's not what we are
promised. But, we are promised it will come off slowly but surely, and
we will be
HEALTHY!
